Dolce and Gabbana's Fall 2010 product line

With this show the powerhouse designers wanted to get back to basics and reconnect with women shoppers who have felt left out over the the past few years. With the 72 looks that were displayed the designers showed straight black skirts, and a strapless velvet dress worn over a lacy black bra. This year the designers decided not to do a finale with ball gowns but with 69 models storming the runway wearing nothing but a black jacket, over satin panties for some. The show closed with a video of the white-coated women and men tailors that work in Dolce and Gabbana's Milan atelier. This show was very intimate and personal and was instantly able to be seen across the globe thanks to live streaming.

The chair features bold leopard-print silk upholstery seat that is made from polyurethane foam, and a frame made from polycarbonate. Kartell products are known for using a variety of plastic materials and products that are easily recycled.

After the fashion duo displayed their first women's collection in Milan the two took a trip to Sicily in the late 80's that helped reshape their collection into their signature designs, such as corset dresses and sexy black suits, we see today on the runways. Next the two signed an agreement with the kashiyama group to see how well their luck could translate in Japan. After opening their first boutique in Japan in 1989, Dolce and Gabbana presented to the world their men's fashion line two years later. The pair have over years won many awards such as Wollmark Award and Best Fragrance of the Year in 1993. Nowadays the duos influential designs can be seen on Madonna and Victoria and David Beckham.
